Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience driving organic growth, scaling complex multi-channel organizations, and building customer-centric strategies that deliver sustainable results. As Chief Sales & Strategy Officer, she will lead CHA’s enterprise-wide growth strategy, ensuring the continued expansion of digitally enabled, integrated solutions across the company’s core end markets. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Kansas.

Jenn has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of human resources management and leading high-growth, client and employee-driven organizations across multiple industries. Since joining CHA in 2017, Jenn has led the development of several innovative company programs and initiatives focused on enhancing the employee experience and achieving CHA’s business objectives. Jenn received her B.S. in Business Administration & Human Resources from State University of New York Geneseo and her MBA from the State University of New York at Albany.

Since joining CHA in 2000, Greg’s focus has been on the growth and operational performance of the power, energy and manufacturing business lines of the firm. With more than 25 years as an engineer and industry leader, he has managed and led a wide range of gas and electric distribution, transmission, facility infrastructure, and permitting projects.  Greg holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from  Clarkson University and M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University.

Cynthia has over three decades of proven operations, strategic planning, and business expansion experience with a strong technical engineering foundation. As Sector President, she is responsible for the strategic direction and driving growth and performance goals across the sector’s business lines, including building design, land development, fire protection services, project management/construction management, and sports facility design. Cynthia holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College.

Erik has more than two decades of leadership experience spanning engineering, consulting, energy, technology, and government services organizations. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for driving operational excellence, enterprise performance, and scalable growth across the organization. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, as well as an MBA and Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College. He began his career as a U.S. Army officer.

Doug has more than 25 years of strategic financial experience successfully executing operational process improvements, driving transformational growth, and providing financial leadership. In his role as CFO, Doug oversees corporate accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury, and tax functions, as well as operational sector finance teams. He holds an M.B.A. in finance from Babson College and a B.A. in law from the University of Massachusetts.

Jeff has over two decades of experience in driving organizational growth through advanced technology applications and development. As Chief Digital Officer, he is responsible for aligning CHA’s business strategies with modern digital initiatives that stimulate growth, deliver operational efficiencies, and enhance client value. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah and a B.S. in Engineering from North Dakota State University.

Michael joined CHA in 1998 and has more than 30 years of experience practicing various types of law. He leads CHA’s Legal team and his responsibilities include implementation of risk management efforts, negotiation of contractual agreements, direction of collection efforts, management of litigation as well as providing general legal guidance to management. Michael also oversees the complex legal work required for CHA’s acquisition activities, which have been instrumental in CHA’s expansion efforts. He received his B.A. in Economics from Hamilton College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, CO.

Phil has more than three decades of professional experience in public and private sector infrastructure engineering, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Transportation Business Line Director at CHA. As Sector President, Phill will lead the strategic direction and drive growth and performance goals across three infrastructure business lines: transportation, water, and aviation. Prior to joining CHA, Phil held leadership roles with the Florida Department of Transportation, the U.S. Army, and other industry-leading consulting firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering, a Master of Science in management, and a PhD in engineering, all from the University of South Florida, Tampa.
