National Recognition for People-first Approach to Health and Safety

CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA) has received the 2026 Highwire Gold Safety Award, a national distinction recognizing strong performance in health, safety, and risk management. Presented by Highwire, a contractor risk management platform trusted by organizations operating in highly regulated industries, the award honors firms demonstrating well-established safety management systems, consistent performance, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.

Highwire evaluates more than 50,000 companies nationwide through its Safety Assessment Program, which reviews safety management systems, OSHA-reported incident rates, and risk management practices. Firms earning scores between 85 and 94 receive the Gold Safety Award. This award places CHA among the top 20 percent of evaluated organizations based on both historical performance and current safety programs.

At CHA, the safety of our employees is integrated into how work is planned, managed, and performed across the organization. A people-first approach guides safety education, on-the-job coaching, and practical engagement tools that support employees. These efforts are reinforced through active staff involvement and regular review of procedures to support continuous improvement.

More than a program, this approach reflects a culture of accountability and care. By strengthening internal controls, supporting safe work practices across all CHA business lines, and maintaining disciplined risk management processes, CHA advances a workplace environment centered on employee well-being and operational reliability.

The 2026 Highwire Gold Safety Award reinforces CHA’s standing as a national leader in health and safety management and highlights the discipline, consistency, and accountability our teams bring to environments where strong safety performance is essential.
