We have been looking to expand into new markets and this move will create new opportunities throughout Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina – while bolstering our already strong technical capabilities in New York State."
As a result of the acquisition, Olver's environmental clients will gain access to CHA's full range of services. In addition, CHA will now have access to Olver's specialized technical staff, which will bolster CHA's environmental résumé.
"Olver has several scientists on staff who combined have more than 50 years of highly specialized water treatment experience," continued Kinley. "Having these individuals on board will expand CHA's ability to obtain more challenging and complex environmental projects."
Olver President Bob Sallach said, "Our philosophy has always been to provide our clients with value added services. This union is a win-win for everyone involved – as we will now be a single firm with resources from virtually all disciplines of engineering, planning, survey, construction and technology – which will benefit current and future clients. We are excited to become part of the CHA family."
