CHA Names Timothy Javan Manufacturing National Market Director

CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA), an innovative, full-service engineering, design, consulting, and program/construction management firm, has named Timothy E. Javan, PMP, to serve as Manufacturing National Market Director. Tim is based in CHA’s Fort Washington, PA office. In his new role, Tim will collaborate with clients across the industrial, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing sectors to engage them with CHA to optimize their manufacturing facilities, conserve energy, minimize risks, and engineer capital improvements at both their existing and newly planned facilities.

Tim has more than 15 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry in a variety of sectors, including the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. He joined CHA in May 2023 when CHA acquired Javan Engineering, a process engineering and asset management firm based just outside Philadelphia. Tim has been involved in various roles of engineering, project/construction management, and program management involving the execution and management of capital projects connected to manufacturing facilities. His technical experience includes the design and execution of brownfield/greenfield Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) projects, Targeted Value Design (TVD), project controls, earned value management systems, project cost estimating and budgeting,  and quality management and assurance. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering with a concentration in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and has attended the Wharton School of Business for Executive Education. He has also earned Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute.
