CHA’s Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer Jerry C. (Jay) Wolverton, PE, was elected 2023-2024 Board Chair of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
ACEC is the leading industry organization representing nearly 6,000 firms employing more than 600,000 engineers, architects, land surveyors, and other highly trained technical specialists. For decades, ACEC has provided leadership and advocacy to strengthen and enhance the engineering industry and the built environment.
With more than 35 years of engineering and leadership experience, Jay provides strategic oversight and direction for CHA’s market leaders, business development staff, and corporate marketing team with a focus on growth of the firm. Prior to joining CHA, Jay was the founder and CEO of Wolverton & Associates, which was acquired by CHA in June 2019.
Jay is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in thirty-two states and holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
