James Trasher, PE Receives 40 Under Forty Recognition in Central NY

CHA, a full service engineering firm with offices throughout the US, is pleased to announce that James Trasher, PE has been selected as a 2011 40 Under Fortyhonoree in the Central New York region. The 40 Under Forty program recognizes 40 exceptional individuals who live and work in Central New York that are under the age of 40. Mr. Trasher was selected based on his business accomplishments, community involvement, and the leadership role he plays in the region. Mr. Trasher directs CHA’s Land Development Market operations. In the various roles he has held since he joined CHA in 1998, he has overseen the planning, permitting and design of over $100 million of renewable energy, commercial development and capital improvement projects throughout the United States. A Vice President within the firm since 2009, Mr. Trasher is a licensed engineer in four states. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from SUNY College of Environmental Science/Forestry.
