Civica Rx constructed the 140,000-square-foot Petersburg Manufacturing Facility in Virginia, a state-of-the-art site designed to produce U.S.-made injectable medicines and affordable insulin for millions of Americans. CHA partnered with Civica Rx on its high-impact Bay 3 expansion, a vital step in increasing domestic pharmaceutical capacity and mitigating national drug shortages.
In an environment of rapid growth and evolving technical scopes, CHA provided the agile data management necessary to build a world-class digital foundation. We led the collection, verification, and seamless integration of critical asset data into the Deacom ERP system. By transforming ongoing equipment discoveries into structured, compliant data, we enabled Civica’s digital infrastructure to scale as fast as its physical footprint, supporting a seamless transition from construction to life-saving production.
