CHA is proud to partner with FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDBN) at their landmark facility in Holly Springs, North Carolina. As they prepared for a 2025 startup, CHA provided the strategic guidance and technical rigor necessary to establish a world-class maintenance program from the ground up.
Working in lockstep with FDBN maintenance leadership, our team spearheaded the Asset Criticality Assessments for over 10,000 assets, ensuring a data-driven approach to facility reliability. From developing LOTO procedures directly from P&IDs to implementing a sophisticated vibration analysis program for Drug Substance Manufacturing, CHA worked diligently to launch the largest CDMO in the U.S. with a robust, standardized, and audit-ready operational framework.
