CHA partnered with Merck and Sodexo Magic to standardize maintenance management for ventilated equipment at Merck’s Rahway site, aligning with the new SA12.521 certification standard. The project involved site-wide asset data collection and mass integration into the CMMS, development of standardized maintenance templates, and implementation of bi-annual and annual maintenance plans. Additionally, CHA created a custom Excel-based tool to trend key performance data—such as airflow, face velocity, and HEPA filter leakage—captured during certifications, enabling data-driven insights and improved equipment reliability.
