Capital Project Construction Management

Spanning six occupied district buildings, this $15 million program addresses aging infrastructure, modernizes critical building systems, and improves the overall learning environment through a coordinated series of facility upgrades.

The work focuses on essential improvements that often go unnoticed but have a lasting impact on how schools function, including building envelope repairs, mechanical and electrical system upgrades, drainage improvements, site work, and interior renovations. Careful planning and phased implementation allow these upgrades to occur while schools remain fully operational, minimizing disruptions for students, staff, and the community.

As the district's Construction Manager, CHA provides oversight throughout pre-construction, bidding, and construction, coordinating multiple prime contractors, managing project schedules, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and helping maintain safe, efficient school operations.
