Sol Feinstone Elementary School
Sol Feinstone Elementary School was transformed through a carefully phased renovation and expansion that allowed students and staff to remain on campus throughout construction. Working alongside Council Rock School District from planning through occupancy, CHA helped shape the project's vision, develop budgets and schedules, coordinate design and phasing strategies, and oversee construction activities to keep the project moving smoothly. Through close collaboration with district leaders, architects, and contractors, the team balanced the demands of an active school environment with the goal of creating modern, flexible learning spaces for future generations of students.
The result is a renewed elementary school that supports contemporary teaching and learning while reflecting the district's long-term educational goals. Upgraded classrooms and learning environments, combined with thoughtful planning and stakeholder coordination, allowed the school community to transition seamlessly from construction to occupancy with minimal disruption. Today, Sol Feinstone Elementary School provides students with a modernized educational environment designed to support engagement, collaboration, and future growth.
