FDBN Maintenance Program

CHA is proud to partner with FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDBN) at the largest CDMO facility in the U.S., located in Holly Springs, NC, to help establish a world-class maintenance program ahead of its 2025 startup. In close collaboration with FDBN’s maintenance leadership, CHA has provided expert guidance in the development of maintenance procedures and technical documentation, supporting informed decision-making and process standardization. Our team has facilitated asset criticality assessments for over 10,000 assets, led the development and updates of Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures from P&IDs, and helped implement a comprehensive vibration analysis program for critical equipment within the Drug Substance Manufacturing Buildings.
